Terms For SETC Affiliate Program

Glorious Living, LLC Affiliate Terms & Conditions for Promoting the Self Employment Tax Credit


INTRODUCTION

Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before you join our program or begin marketing our program, especially the Disputes section which mentions settling disputes through arbitration.


Each affiliate is responsible for assuring that its owners, employees, agents and contractors comply with all following terms and conditions.



DEFINITIONS

As used in these terms and conditions: (i) “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Glorious Living, LLC and our website; (ii) “you” or “your” refers to the Affiliate; (iii) "our website refers to "MakeMoneyWithAPhone.com." (iv) “our partner website” refers to the Gig Worker Solutions properties located at www.gigworkersolutions.com; (v) “your website” refers to any websites that you will link to our partner website; (vi) “Program” refers to the Glorious Living, LLC Affiliate Program.U



COMPENSATION

AMOUNT

For referrals to the SETC Self Employed Tax Credit program, Glorious Living, LLC, will only submit payment to you after we get paid for your successful referral of an applicant.


FORMULA

For the highest-volume affiliates

Your pay can be up to $1,870

Your pay = 0.064 * Refund amount- 192


EXAMPLE:

Refund amount = $20,000

Your pay = $1,280 - 192 = $1088



PAYMENT TIME FRAME

Glorious Living, LLC only will only pay affiliates after receiving payment. Thi

s time frame will include

● Application processing time by the designated accounting company,

● Application processing, funding, and payment processing time by the federal government

● Payment processing times by intermediaries between Glorious Living, LLC and the U.S. Government

● Up to 14 days processing time by Glorious Living, LLC


PAYMENT METHOD

Please communicate via email to gloriouslivingllc@gmail.com your desired payment method. We only accept Paypal, Cashapp, or, in certain foreign countries, Litecoin or gift card.



DAMAGES SOUGHT FROM BY PARTNER SITE DUE TO YOUR ACTIONS

It is important that you do not break any requirements of the partner site, including but not limited to

● only using approved advertising visual material

● participating in, assisting someone in, or encouraging attempts to enter false information;

● slandering the Partner site or company

● distributing false information related to the partner site, or their offers, or about SETC

● making false or highly misleading claims about income, such as inaccurate information and guarantees of income by applying for the SETC tax credit or by referring others


If you perform any action that results in the Partner site seeking damages from us, you must pay us for those damages, plus any and all costs related to them, including but not limited to attorney fees and interest. In addition, you must pay us a $900 fine for each and every decision or judgment not made completely in our favor when damages are sought from us.



DISPUTES

In the unlikely case of a dispute between parties arising, and the even more unlikely case that the dispute cannot be settled privately between the parties, both parties agree to settle the dispute through a professional, impartial, certified arbiter in the State of Louisiana, to be selected by Glorious Living, LLC, rather than through government entities, such as state and federal courts.



JURISDICTION

This agreement is under the jurisdiction of the local, state, and federal courts in Lafayette, Louisiana in any case where a professional arbiter cannot legally resolve any disputes.



LEGAL RELATIONSHIP

Your relationship with Glorious Living, LLC is that you are strictly an independent contractor, not any form of an employee. You will not receive any benefits from Glorious Living, including but not limited to, insurance, insurance savings, paid leave, retirement contribution, Worker's compensation, or disability.



ENROLLMENT

We reserve the right to reject any request to be an affiliate for Glorious Living, LLC.



YOUR OWN ADVERTISING MATERIAL

Any advertisement material you create, whether physical or digital, other than just words and visuals that display automatically when using a link given to you by us, cannot be used until after receiving approval from Glorious Living, LLC. You must get approval to use any ad creative other than those provided to you by us or our partner Website.



NO ADVERTISING IN COMMUNITIES OR FORUMS WITH A HIGH VOLUME OF FRAUD AND SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR


You should not advertise to audiences, communities, forums, email lists, followers, etc that meets any of these descriptions

● App referrals

● Regularly contains content about getting free financial assets or products through

  • - glitches,

  • - sauce,

  • - loopholes

  • - workaround methods

  • - cash drops

  • - card loads

  • - ghost funding

  • - and similar unethical activities.

● Gambling

● Cryptocurrency

● Low vetting of advertisements

● With a high volume of fraud and suspicious activity



CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Glorious Living LLC may change the terms of this agreement where legally allowed to do so, as early as 24 after providing written notice being sent to affiliates.

Any single written contact method provided by the affiliate may be used to communicate this change.



REQUIRED PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR INCOME REPORTING TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

We require you to provide us with any and all information we need to properly submit any legally required documentation about payments made to you. One example is a filled W9 form so that we can follow U.S. laws and regulations about reporting payments made to you.



WEBSITE RESTRICTIONS

Any website(s) you use to promote may not:

1. Infringe on our or any anyone else’s intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights.

2. Violate any law, rule or regulation.

3. Contain any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or contains nudity, pornography or sexually explicit materials.

4. Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

5. Contain software or use technology that attempts to intercept, divert or redirect Internet traffic to or from any other website, or that potentially enables the diversion of affiliate commissions from another website.



LINKING TO OUR PARTNER WEBSITE

Upon acceptance into the Program, links will be made available to you through an agent of Glorious Living, LLC. Your acceptance in our program means you agree to and abide by the following.

1. You will only use linking code obtained from an agent of Glorious Living, LLC without manipulation.

2. Your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our partner Website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your Website is our partner Website or any part of our partner Website including, without limitation, framing of our partner Website in any manner.

4. You may not engage in cookie stuffing or include pop-ups, false or misleading links on your website. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring url information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating).

5. Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain from which the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is prohibited.

If you are found redirecting links to hide or manipulate their original source, your current and past commissions will be voided or your commission level will be set to 0%. This does not include using “out” redirects from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.



PPC GUIDELINES for affiliates who pay for advertising

If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC guidelines as follows:

1. You may not bid on any of our partners Website's trademarked terms (which are identified below), including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content based campaigns on Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook or any other network.

2. You may not use our partner Website's trademarked terms as part of the name of your site (e.g., you cannot name your site “Gig Worker Solutions in the USA”).

3. You may not use our partner Website's trademarked terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name or as the display url.

4. You may not direct link to our partner Website from any Pay Per Click ad or use redirects that yield the same result. If you automate your PPC campaigns, it is your responsibility to exclude our partner Website's trademarked terms from your program and we strongly suggest you add partner Website's trademarked terms as negative keywords. We have a strict no tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding. You will forfeit all commissions for a minimum of the past 30 days and your commission will be set to 0% without warning if you engage in PPC trademark bidding that uses partner Website's trademarked terms.

COUPON GUIDELINES (Does not apply to free products and services)

If you are enrolled in our Program and your Website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:

1. If you choose to advertise our partner Website coupon codes then the ONLY our partner Website coupon codes you may advertise are our partner Website coupon codes that are provided to you through the affiliate program or that are displayed on our partner website(s). (This limitation applies only to our partner Website coupon codes; there is no limitation regarding coupons from any other company or product)

2. You may NOT advertise our partner Website coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.

3. Posting any information about how to work around the requirements of a coupon/promotion (ie first time customers only) will result in removal from the program.

4. Coupons must be displayed in their entirety with the full offer, valid expiration date and code.

5. You may NOT use any technology that covers up the coupon code and generates the affiliate click by revealing the code(s).

6. You may NOT give the appearance that any ongoing offer requires clicking from your website in order to redeem. For example, if all items on the site have free shipping over $100, you may not turn this into an offer that infers that the customer must click from your site to get this deal.

Additionally, if your website ranks on the first page of Google for terms related to our partner Website or company name(s) combined with the words coupon, coupons, coupon code, promo code, etc. and/or your conversion rate exceeds 25%, you may be offered a lower commission than our standard rate to offset the reduced profitability of orders. The current rate is 1%.



SUB-AFFILIATE NETWORKS

Promoting our partner Website through a sub-affiliate network may be permitted, but we reserve the right to reject any sub-affiliate. You must be completely transparent with regards to where traffic from your sub-affiliates originated. Sub-affiliate networks must ensure that all sub-affiliates promoting the Glorious Living, LLC program adhere to our program terms and conditions. This includes restrictions on advertising through toolbars, browser extensions, and through any paid placements such as a pay-per-click campaigns. Sub-affiliate networks must also receive approval prior to allowing any type of coupon sub-affiliate to promote the Glorious Living, LLC program.

Failure to comply with our sub-affiliate network terms may result in a loss and/or reduction of commission from sales made through any sub-affiliate that does not comply with our program terms.



DOMAIN NAMES

Use of any of partner Website's trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited i.e. Gigworkersolutions.website.com or www.gigworkersolutions-coupons.com



ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY

You shall not create, publish, distribute, or print any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting that material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our Program via email campaigns, you must adhere to the following:

1. Abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187) with respect to our Program.

2. E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the email is being sent on behalf of Glorious Living, LLC or our partner Website.

3. E-mails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent..


SOCIAL MEDIA

Promotion on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms is permitted following these general guidelines:

1. You ARE allowed to promote offers to your own lists; more specifically, you’re welcome to use your affiliate links on your own Facebook, Twitter, etc. pages.

2. You ARE PROHIBITED from posting your affiliate links on our partner Website’s Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. company pages in an attempt to turn those links into affiliate sales.

3. You ARE PROHIBITED from running Facebook ads with our partner Website’s trademarked company name.



OPERATIONS OUTSIDE UNITED STATES

If you are conducting business in or taking orders from persons in other countries, you will follow the laws of those countries. For example, you will comply with the European Union’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive if you are conducting business in or taking orders from persons in one or more of the European Union countries.



REVERSAL & COMMUNICATION POLICY FOR SALES (Does not apply when promoting free products and services such as SETC).

Glorious Living, LLC takes pride in its very low reversal rate, which we attribute to open communication with our affiliates. However, we reserve the right to reverse orders due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations as outlined in these terms and conditions.

Additionally, if we ask you for clarification or more information on any orders or clicks that we suspect may be in violation of our terms and conditions, we expect that you will respond in a timely and honest manner. Below are violations of our communications policy.

1. You are not forthcoming, you are intentionally vague, or you are found to be lying.

2. You are not responsive within a reasonable time period and after multiple attempts to contact you using the information listed in your network profile.

3. You cannot substantiate or validate the source of your traffic to our program with clear and demonstrable proof.

If any of the above apply, then we reserve the absolute right to reverse orders, set your commission to 0% or suspend you from the program for the period or orders in question. We know that many violations are a result of automated processes; however it is incumbent upon each affiliate to ensure that it has the appropriate checks and balances in place to pro-actively address these issues and adhere to our program rules.



EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES AFFECTING PAYMENT

In cases of extreme circumstances affecting Glorious Living, LLC, such as critical loss due to natural disasters, death of significant members Glorious Living, LLC, critical loss due to fire, critical loss due to flood, and other extreme cases, you agree that payments due to you may be further delayed, reduced, or canceled, to the degree deemed reasonable by a professional, certified arbiter in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, selected by Glorious Living, LLC.


You agree to cover half the costs of any such arbitration.



FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

You shall include a disclosure statement within any and all pages, blog/posts, or social media posts where affiliate links from our affiliate program are posted as an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that we are compensating you for your review or endorsement. If you received the product for free from us or from the affiliate management team for review, this also must be clearly stated in your disclosure.

• Disclosures must be made as close as possible to the claims.

• Disclosures should be placed above the fold; scrolling should not be necessary to find the disclosure. (e.g. Disclosure should be visible before the jump).

• Pop-up disclosures are prohibited.

ARBITRATION COSTS

In the very unlikely event that arbitration is the means used to settle a dispute, any party that is not claiming loss must initially cover 70% of any up-front cost of the arbitration. If both parties claim losses, each must initially cover 50% of such up-front costs. Total arbitration cost, including those already paid by the other party will be the responsibility of the party at fault by default, and otherwise be divided amongst the parties at the arbiters' discretion.
